Nida-Core H11PP
Nida-Core H11PP is manufactured by a proprietary process of thermowelding equal thickness polypropylene film. Whereas H8PP is extruded in sections, and further thermally bonded to create large blocks, Nida-Core H11PP is made on a continuous line, in blocks up to 4" thick and 49" wide. Whereas the cell shape of H8PP is of true hexagonal shape in 8 mm, the H11PP cell is more rounded, without clearly defined angular shape.Barrier film and scrim cloth are thermally bonded to the honeycomb. H11PP can be supplied either plain or scored.
